The Oregon Municipal Court will be closed on Thursiday, April 29, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
ATTN: Bail Bond Agents/Agencies: You need to be registered with the Lucas County Common Pleas Court in order to post in the Oregon Municipal Court. If you are not on the Common Pleas Court list, you will not be permitted to post here. You do not need to send licenses to this Court.
COVID-19 Protocols: Face coverings are required to be worn of the public, court employees coming in direct contact with the public, and other individuals seeking to enter the building. Individuals will continue to be required to have their temperature taken prior to entering the courthouse. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to leave and their case will be rescheduled.
Access to the building will remain limited to persons with scheduled cases, warrants, court filings or making payments. Face coverings are required to enter the building.
Fines and Costs: Payment of fines, costs and fees are encouraged to be paid by mail, online at www.oregoncourtpayments.com or by calling 419-324-2039.
When the emergency subsides, the Court shall enter an order declaring an end to the emergency and a resumption of normal operations.

Remittance by mail of the fine and costs to the office of the clerk of the court stated in the citation constitutes a guilty plea and waiver of trial whether or not the guilty plea and waiver of trial provision of the citation are signed by the defendant.
