The Court will be closed Monday, January 18, 2021 in observance of Martin Luther King Day.
COVID-19 Protocols: Face coverings are required to be worn of the public, court employees coming in direct contact with the public, and other individuals seeking to enter the building. Individuals will continue to be required to have their temperature taken prior to entering the courthouse. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees will be asked to leave and their case will be rescheduled.
Access to the building will remain limited to persons with scheduled cases, warrants, court filings or making payments. Face coverings are required to enter the building.
Fines and Costs: Payment of fines, costs and fees are encouraged to be paid by mail, online at www.oregoncourtpayments.com or by calling 419-324-2039.
When the emergency subsides, the Court shall enter an order declaring an end to the emergency and a resumption of normal operations.

The violation’s bureau is responsible for collecting payments for traffic violations that do not require a court appearance. If you are a defendant who has received a payable citation, you may either pay the ticket prior to the court listed on the ticket, or appear in court at your scheduled date and time.
The traffic division has a docketing system that contains all traffic case records. This department handles payments, monitors payment plans, accepts bail bonds, and reports all traffic convictions to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
The Criminal Division also has its own computer docketing system. This department also accepts bail bonds, collects fines and costs for criminal convictions as well as monitor custody jail days.
A team of experienced staff members provide assistance to the legal community and the public in filing civil and criminal appeals, Bureau of Motor Vehicles procedures, and general information.
